At RofaTech, we strive to deliver the best digital solutions for our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel services and the implications of doing so.
You may cancel the services provided by RofaTech at any time; however, cancellation terms are as follows:
Before Work Begins:
If you cancel before any work has been initiated, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made. No further charges will be incurred.
After Work Has Begun:
If work has already started, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the completed work. The refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation.
If the cancellation happens after significant progress has been made (e.g., website design or development milestones), we may charge a cancellation fee to cover the work already completed.
Project Milestones:
Payments for services are typically broken down into milestones (e.g., 30% deposit, 40% upon approval of design, 30% upon final delivery). Cancellations will be assessed in terms of the completed milestones, and fees will be charged accordingly.
RofaTech reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if:
The client fails to make timely payments or breaches the agreed payment terms.
The client violates the terms of the service agreement or engages in unethical practices.
RofaTech determines that it is unable to continue the project due to factors beyond our control (e.g., technical limitations, unforeseen circumstances).
In the event RofaTech cancels a project, you will receive a refund for the portion of the work that has not been completed. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation.
For any ongoing service, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice in writing via email to initiate the cancellation process.
If cancellation is requested without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software licenses or services that have been paid for in advance.
Custom development costs for specific functionalities or features that are outside the original scope of work.
Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client before cancellation.
These non-refundable charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance, and we will invoice you for any such costs before proceeding with work that requires third-party involvement.
Refunds for cancellation requests will be processed based on the following:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice and approval.
The refund amount will reflect the amount of work completed and any non-refundable charges.
If you wish to modify the scope of the project or service, please inform RofaTech at the earliest. Modifications may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes requested. We will issue a revised quote for approval before proceeding.
For ongoing maintenance or digital marketing services, the cancellation terms are as follows:
A 30-day notice is required for terminating maintenance services or monthly digital marketing packages.
The client will be invoiced for services rendered up to the cancellation date.
